March 17 - March 18
Brainhack Zagreb 2018 is part of a global hackathon initiative in the field of neuroscience, which is held simultaneously in cities around the world. The goal of this two-day hackathon is to meet the challenges of neuroscience, to meet the scientists of different backgrounds, and to present and work on interesting and realistic projects related to neuroscience.
The Scientific Committee will select projects that individuals or smaller groups will apply for on the official website. Selected projects will be presented on the first day, and participants will be able to choose interesting projects for them, which they have the opportunity to contribute to their knowledge and to acquire new skills by working in the team. The projects include the use of modern methods and tools for processing, analyzing and visualizing a variety of data sets from brain recordings of different modes (MRI, EEG, histology) to structured derived information.
